Carvers Reception

We will be hosting a reception for all carvers and their families Saturday evening at the Tara Manor Inn, 559 Mowat Drive in St. Andrews.  Munchies will be provided along with a cash bar. There will be a charge of $10 per person to help cover the cost of the event. Tickets can be purchased at the registration desk. Reception will start immediately after the show closing: 5:00-7:00 pm.  It’ll be a great time to meet with fellow carvers and relax.

 Tara Manor Inn Carver Discount

The Tara Manor Inn is generously offering a discount on rooms for carvers attending our show. To receive the discount, please call the Inn directly at 506-529-3304.

Registration

This year we are again encouraging folks to register online prior to the show.  We will have online registration available July 15. By registering online you have an opportunity to win one of two $25 gift certificates for carving supplies from KV Woodcarving Supplies. Registering online will help streamline our registration process. Unfortunately, we will not be able to receive payment online but, by having the paper work completed, the process will be much faster when you arrive at the show.

Registration at the show will start Friday, August 10 from 15:00-20:00 and on Saturday from 8:00-11:30.

 Rule and fee changes

Please review the rules, categories listing and fee structure elsewhere on this site before you register.

 Sales table

There will be a sales table and people are free to bring a few pieces for the table.  There will be a 10% commission taken to support the show for any pieces sold from the sales table.
